Foreign Language
 
Each student shall develop language skills that are useful in themselves and that can be applied to various activities and disciplines rather than being limited to any specific body of subject matter.   In addition to conversation, reading and writing, culture, discussion and literature are stressed at the student studies the finer points of the language.

In School Suspension
The primary function of In-School Suspension is to modify behaviors of the student.  A student is placed into In-School Suspension by the Assistant Principal, Principal, or Administration according to the Discipline Code.  Students are given one-on-one instruction for completion of all class work.  They are also offered remediation in a variety of subject areas.

The In-School Suspension teacher works with the other professional staff to promote academic excellence, citizenship, self-worth and ethical judgment for each student.

Library Media Center
The Library Media Center is a space designed for study, research, recreational reading and supplementary class work.  It is an area that stimulates and develops individual thinking with a quiet, yet relaxed atmosphere.

Special Education

Each student eligible for Special Education Services receives the appropriate placement in Special/Regular classes according to their Individualized Educational Plan (IEP).  These students also receive the necessary adaptations/modifications in order to make meaningful progress in their academic classes.
